here is another trade that will be added to this list, sure phil kessel is good, but this trade is going to make the bruins a power house, seguin is probably going to be a franchise player, 32nd overall is a 2nd round draft pick but still pretty high and another 1st rounder is no disappointment for the bruins and that draft pick will probably be another top 5

First, I must comment on the uninspired, bland, and generic markings that have come to represent MLSEL’s hockey school, alumni, Marlies, TFC, clinics, etc., etc. image. Someone whom obviously loves his/her copy/past feature and whom lacks a sense of sporting history was wrongly entrusted with the responsibility of the sacred Maple Leafs brand. Hopefully this person has moved on.

Secondly, I pray that Brian Burke and his collection of Vice Presidents have shed the memory and the apparel that they once had to don while stranded on the other coast – namely Vancouver and Anaheim. I have yet to see a more shameful assortment of hideous hockey branding than what the unfortunate Canucks and Ducks players have been forced to wear throughout more than 50 combined years “professional” competition.

Let’s hope that Burke et al. recognize that history matters, fonts matter (especially fonts that match), piping and striping matter, and that diagonal striping, ducks, killer whales, orange, and goofy lumberjacks have no place a man’s hockey uniform.
